Welcome to Muddy Bottom Waterfowl, located in the heart of the Mississippi Delta Flyway in Northwest Mississippi just 10 miles east of the Mississippi River. We are a family owned and operated guide service with a passion for the outdoors. Our guides have almost 40 years of combined waterfowl hunting experience, and are committed in taking great care of you during your stay. When you arrive at the lodge you will not only be our honored guest, but treated like family. Our mission is to make your hunting experience the most memorable and successful as possible. With thousands of surrounding acres of corn and soybean crop fields, along with multiple river systems the MS Delta is historically known for its abundance of migrating waterfowl. We strive to give our guest the best hunting opportunity possible by minimizing hunting pressure, providing adequate food and cover, and consistently rotating hunting locations throughout the season. We only hunt 35 days out of the 60 day hunting season which makes for very low hunting pressure, but also our hunting dates do book quickly. About sixty percent of our booked hunts are repeat guest and we are extremely proud of that. We offer a variety of hunts from early September Teal hunts, regular season waterfowl hunts, to Conservation Snow Goose hunts in February and March. All hunts are fully guided except for single day hunts and all multi-day hunts are fully guided and includes meals and lodging. We supply all transportation to and from all the hunting locations along with decoys and dog. Guests are allowed to bring their own dogs just let us know at the time of your booking. All guest are required to have a valid Mississippi Hunting license, permits, duck stamps, and signed waiver before hunting.
